Bulgaria Logistics Outlook

The Bulgaria Logistics Outlook is part of the Central and Eastern European Logistics series, which assesses the logistics industry, foreign trade, major industries affecting the logistics sector and the key logistics service providers. The reports also forecast the outlook for freight transportation and logistics across modes out to 2012 for each individual country.



Report Highlights
The EU and the Bulgarian government are actively promoting investments in rail, road and air freight infrastructure, connecting Bulgaria to the larger overall European transportation network. Road sector in Bulgaria is almost completely privatized and complements railways by focusing on short-distance, higher-value and time-sensitive shipments.
