China’s live hog prices rose quickly and considerably after dropping to the lowest at May, live hog rearing profits become 250 RMB/head from loss; Because of tight supply, layer prices considerably rise in July and November, layers rearing profits were better in the second half of 2010; the trends of broiler market prices were basically similar as 2009, and the benefits fluctuated between profits and loss. Under the support and encouragement of national policies, the proportion of livestock and poultry standardization and scale-rearing gradually rose. The proportion of scaled rearing for live hog(50-head slaughter per year), layer?2,000-bird inventories per year, broiler(2,000-bird slaughter per year) is about 60%, 60% and 85%. rearing, feed and slaughtering enterprises created the rearing model “Company + Farm”, extended the industrial chains, and the integration degree of livestock rearing kept on rising. Under the complicated international situations, China’s Pork and poultry meat exports both increased slightly; after ending the 7-year trade dispute between USA and China, China begun to impose 5-year anti-dumping duty and countervailing duty on American broiler products from 2010. According to the supply and demand characteristics of livestock and poultry products, this report studies the supply and demand balance of China’s pork, poultry meat, meat and poultry egg after systematically analyzing the production of domestic live hog, layer and broiler, and changes of poultry products prices and international trade. This report is shown by clear views, detailed and accurate data. This report forecasts the market in 2011 based on analysis of China’s live hog, layer and broiler market developments and change characteristics in 2010. [Studien Infos ausblenden] |
