Deutsche Telekom (DT) will remain one of Europe’s telecoms giants for the foreseeable future. DT is currently going through key initiatives in the consolidation of its resources and restructuring of operating segments to become a customer-centric provider. The new and restructured operating segments enable DT to target specific regional markets from single and centralised business units. During the last year, it has been reappraising its domestic operations, consolidating units and taking steps towards transforming into an integrated customer-centric communications provider.
