Vehicle manufacturer logistics spending in China grew at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 21.7% over 2005-10. Logistics spending is forecast to grow at a CAGR of 12.5% over 2010-14.

The majority of spending was in the in-house segment, which had a share of 67.9% in 2010. In-house logistics spend is forecast to grow at a CAGR of 6.9% over the 2010-14 period. While, outsourced logistics spend is expected to grow at a CAGR of 22.2% over the same period.
